Nearpod

Picture
Nearpod is an instructional platform to enhance teacher or student-paced learning experiences through real-time formative assessments and activities.

Key takeaways:
  • What is Nearpod?
  • Includes interactive lessons, interactive videos, gamified learning, formative assessment, and activities.
  • Utilize 1:1 devices to support students who need material up close, can be taking notes on paper/pencil, and save the Slides for later (study guides!).
  • Real-time, equitable formative data collection - students can share their understanding with the teacher privately.
Access: Go to nearpod.com

New for the 24'-25' School Year: Nearpod Premium Plus is centrally funded for all secondary schools.

For Elementary Schools: You can sign up for free or opted into the paid subscription. Check out the differences
here. See your school's technology representative to ask if you have a subscription as there are different features offered for each subscription level.
